Homesaints can work with a wide range of learning disability organisations to provide care and support to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour and myriad other complex needs. It is imperative that clients in this area be independent in the community, interacting with others, in a familiar environment, and taking part in stimulating, interesting, and fun activities.
Disruption to routine can adversely affect a service user’s wellbeing and this can be a challenge if your regular staff are unable to attend. Our dedicated and well-trained staff will work with you to get to know your service and the personalities of your service users to ensure they are able to provide intuitive and proactive support that can make a significant and positive impact.
